How to delete DPF on Peugeot 307 HDI by ECUSafe 2.0?

This guide will show you how to use ECUsafe 2.0 to remove the DPF for a Peugeot 307 HDI 2003.

Preparation

Install ECUsafe 2.0 Software

Procedures:

Double-click Loader.exe to launch ECUsafe 2.0.

Tick the DPF/FAP box in the right options section.

Click the drop-down arrow and select your car/ECU model. In this example, select Peugeot 307 HDI EDC15.

Click Open binary and load the ECU file that was read from your car’s ECU using a programmer.

ECUsafe will automatically remove the DPF—wait for the process to complete.

Once done, ECUsafe will display “DPF is removed” at the bottom.

Click Save binary, enter a new name for the modified ECU file, and save it to your PC.

Finally, use an ECU programmer to write the modified file back to the Peugeot 307 HDI ECU.
